Priority checks the identity of every person who owns or signs for a business. An individual is the record that holds one person's identity details, shared and reusable across businesses. The same individual can be an owner of one business and a signatory of another. Individuals live on their own standalone resource, /v1/individuals, so you create a person once and link them wherever they apply by id.
